Pinot blanc is an internationally well-known grape, a member of the burgundy grapes family, that was already known in the middle ages. Its requirements of soil and climatic circumstances as well as of cultivation are high.
Fuchs Pinot blanc is semi-dry, a good-structured wine having a fine, refreshing, but mild enough acidity. Its taste reminds of apricots and rockmelon.
This white wine goes well with seefood and fish, poultry, rice and pasta dishes, and vegetarian food.
