Who is Weingut Fuchs?
Passionate Vintners
Weingut Fuchs was founded in 1626; the family business is located in Floersheim-Dalsheim in the South of the Rheinhessen region (Germany).
The winery cultivates vines on about ca. 30 ha: about 50% white and 50% red grapes.
Both vintners are in their wine making profession ot of conviction. Cultivation, work in the cellars and bottling are the responsibility of those two wine enthusiasts.

“Den histaminarmen Wein vertrage ich trotz einer ausgeprägten Histaminintolleranz sehr gut. Ich nutze ihn in erster Linie zum kochen, trinke aber auch manchmal ein kleines Glas. Mir schmeckt er sehr gut und er wird schnell und zuverlässig geliefert.”
