Lobster with Verjuice Mayonnaise

1 frozen lobster
2 heaping tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons verjuice
freshly ground pepper
1 stalk of basil

How to Prepare

Heat lobster in hot water or on the grill according to instructions.

Goes well with:
  • Riesling dry
  • Pinot Blanc dry
  • Pinot Gris off-dry
  • Pinot Noir Rosé dry
  • Rosé semi-dry
  • Versecco dry

Stir mayonnaise and verjuice until smooth, and season to taste with pepper.

Arrange on a plate and serve with baguette.
