We tested this recipe in permanent self-experiment:
Our boss Hans-Jakob Fuchs, who is highly sensitive to acids, can stomach several mugs of hot verjuice a day without any problems. He even succeeded in curing his throat ache with it.
50 ml verjuice
1–2 teaspoons honey
250 ml boiling water
Pour verjuice into a mug, fill it up with boiling water, and sweeten to taste with honey.
