Verjuice, the juice of sour grapes, is made of the aromatic Huxel grape.
Verjuice is used instead of lemon or vinegar in cuisine.
The sourness of Verjuice is much milder than that of vinegar and its scent much more fragrant than that of lemon.
Verjuice can be used as a marinade or sauce base for poultry, fish and meat and is also a delicious ingredient in salad dressings.
Food prepared with Verjuice goes well together with wine due to their common origin.

Seit einigen Jahren freue ich mich sehr endlich eine Weinhandlung gefunden zu haben, die ein großes Angebot an histaminarmen Weinen und Sekten anbieten. Gespräche mit und Lieferung von Weingut Fuchs immer gerne wieder!

Den Ort selbst kann ich (noch) nicht bewerten, aber mit den Füchsen bin ich sehr zufrieden. Eigentlich bin ich ja einem kleinen Weinort an der Mosel treu, aber seit ich vor Jahren mal Wein bei Fuchs auf irgendeinem Stadtfest bei uns probiert habe, bestelle ich auch hier immer wieder. Mein aktueller Favorit ist der Rose feinherb.
Auch der Service ist gut, Wein geht schnell in den Versand und auf Rückfragen wird immer schnell und kundenorientiert geantwortet.
