Histamine-Certified Non-Alcoholic Wines, Versecco + Verjus

These non-alcoholic wines, Verseccos and Verjus are histamine-certified. Laboratory analyses show very low histamine levels in the range of a few thousandths of a milligram per litre or below the detection limit of 0.01 mg/l.
This creates a range focused on non-alcoholic enjoyment with transparent histamine values – from sparkling Versecco and non-alcoholic wines to fresh, gently acidic Verjus for fine cuisine.
Non-Alcoholic Wines
The wines are gently dealcoholised to preserve their character and retain an intense, fruity wine flavour.
Sparkling Wine Enjoyment with Versecco – Natural + Deliciously Grapey
We produce sparkling Versecco from fresh grape juices, which go directly from pressing into the bottle. We do not concentrate and re-dilute them, as is common with many fruit juices, and we do not add sugar or flavourings. The products are also free from preservatives in accordance with food and wine regulations.
What Does Versecco Taste Like?
The sparkling Verseccos – bottled in sparkling wine bottles with a cork closure – mousse like sparkling wine and are very similar in taste. Serve well chilled in an elegant sparkling wine glass.
Verjus – Fine, Fresh Acidity
Verjus is a fruity and sour juice made from very early harvested grapes, used in gourmet cuisine as an alternative to vinegar and lemon.
