Conditions

These conditions apply to all orders of goods from Weingut Fuchs, Burggasse 1, D-67592 Floersheim-Dalsheim.

Our product displays in the internet are non-binding and do not constitute a binding offer to conclude a contract.

Purchase Contract
By placing your order you make a binding offer to conclude a contract with us. First, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt of your order at the email address you provided.
We can accept your offer by sending an order confirmation or by sending the ordered goods. The contract is concluded only when we sent an order confirmation or deliver the ordered goods.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers can be redeemed in writing, by phone and in the online shop by providing the voucher code. In case a voucher is not redeemed in full, the remaining credit will be retained. Cash payment of vouchers or remaining credit is excluded.
Vouchers are issued only against payment before delivery.

Warranty
The provisions of the German Civil Code (BGB) apply to all products.
Natural precipitation such as tartar, deposits in red wines or a slight fizz of white wines do not affect the quality of the wine and are no quality defect.

Reservation of Ownership
The supplied goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

Storage of the Text of the Contract
We store the text of the contract. We send you an order confirmation including all order data and these conditions to the email address you provided. You can also view the Conditions in the online shop. Registered customers can view their previous orders in their customer account.

Applicable Law
German law applies. For consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of their habitual residence remain unaffected. The language of the contract is German or English.
