The boss of the Fuchs Wine Estate, Hans-Jakob Fuchs, likes it especially together with chocolate.

Bottled without any additives such als sugar, flavourings, colourants or preservatives.

The brandy was destilled of an highly ripe Mueller-Thurgau wine of the vintage of 1987.

The brandy matured more than 20 years in oak barrels (barriques).
